Hi.  I need contact information for the chief executives of the top
15-20 venture capital firms in the United States that specialize
entirely or largely in the health care industry (for example, funding
medical technology or  biotechnology startup firms).

This includes the following information for each CEO/President: 
Individual's full name (including any advanced degree like MD or PhD),
title, company name, full mailing address (street, suite, city, state,
and Zip Code), and website URL.  Also want their indidivual email
address when possible but understand this is more difficult and not

Thanks for your question. 
A couple of clarifications would help me to provide you with a better
answer.

First, VC firms typically do not have a CEO - they may have a Managing
Partner (most do), but any one of the General Partners is just as
important and any one of them could get you in the door.  I could get
you the name of the Managing Partner as well as at least a couple of
the General Partners.

Second, few VCs invest solely in healthcare - however, many of the
larger VCs invest hundreds of millions (and more) in the space;
typically, a partner or two will be responsible solely for health
related investments.  An example would be USVP, where Jonathan Root
invests only in healthcare.  Would such contacts satisfy your need?
