I haven't been able to find any references to the line you quote.

Sometimes even the smallest of clues can be helpful to Researchers, so
if you remember anything further about the poem, or if you can recall
where and when you read this poem, please let us know.

I have almost the entire poem...missing a few of the words. I cut it
out years ago from a newspaper and didnt do it very carefully. Here's
the entire
poem.
Ah, see! She sleeps in perfect rest,
Still as the flowers above her breast;
A statue of repose she seems,
Unvexed by any earthly dreams;
God’s angel, men call Death, hath brought,
God’s peace, that passeth human thought.

Of care and weariness and pain
No haunting memories remain.
From night of earth her spirit wakes
       e the eternal morning breaks.
          ess and age have passed away;
         nds her sweet,lost youth to-day.

She has gone out from the home so dear
Made by her presence bright with cheer.
Since, as a bride, she came to be
Home’s angel of sweet ministry, -
To enter Home’s eternal door
Whence none go out forevermore.

     ove her rest we speak her praise-
    the loving heart, the winning ways

Was this taken from a death notice by any chance? Some newspapers
keep a selection of verse that people can choose to include in such a
notice. Often this is not by known poets, but written perhaps by
newspaper staff or readers.

It may also have been written by a family member and the tone seems
Victorian. On the second missing line, "weariness" might be the
missing word. I'll study the poem and see if I can offer more
suggestions for the missing words.

Nope, nix weariness. It is in the first line of the stanza and
probably wasn't repeated.

Each line has eight beats, so here are my guesses:

From night of earth her spirit wakes
As the eternal morning breaks.
____ness and age have passed away;
She finds her sweet,lost youth to-day.

Above her rest we speak her praise-
___ the loving heart, the winning ways (this line already has eight
beats so I'm not certain what might go here.)

Hope this helps.

*While* the eternal morning breaks. Sorry to post so many comments
but I love a good puzzle.  :)

Thank you all for your comments. Please keep up the suggestions to
fill in the missing words. I would like to include this in a Memorial
Service for my
Mom on February 1st.  Yvonne

I would venture to suggest it might be "illness" (or sickness, but I
think illness is more likely) "and age have passed away."

Though your date for the service has passed, I am going to post what I
think is the complete poem based on my guesses and other comments, and
in keeping with what I believe is the meter of the verse:

Ah, see! She sleeps in perfect rest,
Still as the flowers above her breast;
A statue of repose she seems,
Unvexed by any earthly dreams;
God’s angel, men call Death, hath brought,
God’s peace, that passeth human thought.

Of care and weariness and pain
No haunting memories remain.
From night of earth her spirit wakes
While the eternal morning breaks.
Illness and age have passed away;
She finds her sweet,lost youth to-day.

She has gone out from the home so dear
Made by her presence bright with cheer.
Since, as a bride, she came to be
Home’s angel of sweet ministry, -
To enter Home’s eternal door
Whence none go out forevermore.

Above her rest we speak her praise-
Of the loving heart, the winning ways.
