Hello rockifivethree-ga,

I answered your question about “German Brown Babies” and asked for
clarification on your question about the German/Polish border. I
realized when I looked at your question about the SAS flight in 1953
that it’s probably connected to your question about the “occupation
children” since my research showed they came to the US around that
time. Is the 72 year old woman you’re looking for connected to the
person on the SAS flight? I think finding the flight manifest may be
impossible. If you could tell me more about your investigations I
would have a better chance of coming up with creative search
strategies to help you find what you’re looking for. Can you fill in
any more details? I’d love to try to answer all your questions. I look
forward to hearing from you.

Dear rockifivethree-ga,

Although I believe this manifest will likley be extremely hard to
locate, I too have answered one of your questions and will be working
on this one in the background. To reasearchers interested: "Idlewild
Airport" (note proper spelling)became John F Kennedy Airport (and
later John F Kennedy International Airport) on Dec, 24, 1963.
