Hi jeeves797,

Is there a specific document that you are looking for? I have found
several documents which have descriptions and/or analyses of easyJet's
business plan/model/strategy.

The first document is easyJet's flotation/IPO prospectus that they
made available to prospective investors before their IPO in November
2000. Since this document was meant to help investors decide if they
should purchase any IPO shares or not, it goes in-depth into every
aspect of their business, including strategy, finances, and risks.
The document is 152 pages long, and 28 of those pages are devoted to
describing the business plan/model/strategy. I obtained a copy of the
document by emailing Chris Walton, easyJet's Finance Director. I am
not sure if I am allowed to put it up on a web site so that the whole
world can see it, so here is Mr. Walton's contact info, which can be
found at easyJet's Investor Relations contact page
http://www.easyjet.com/en/about/investorrelations_contact.html

email: chris.walton@easyjet.com

If you prefer, I can email you a copy of the prospectus myself. Let
me know if you would like me to do that.

In addition, you can find additional information on easyJet's business
at their web site:
http://www.easyjet.com/

Recent annual reports, as well as the February 2003 Airbus Circular,
provide updated information on their business. These documents are
available on their Financial Reports page:
http://www.easyjet.com/en/about/investorrelations_financialreports.html

Their Information Pack provides details on various aspects of their
company:
http://www.easyjet.com/EN/about/infopack.html

I also found several documents, written by independent sources, which
describe easyJet's business plan/model/strategy:

easyJet plc: a basic analysis of the company:
