Hi koreano-ga,
Your question is a little ambiguous, since there is no such item
as a Google Address Bar. There are however 3 other places where your
Google Search history may show up. To help you out, I have provided
instructions for clearing all of them below. If you need more help,
just ask!

The various places where your Google search history can show up are:

1) The search box on the Google webpage
When you start typing into the search box on Google, a dropdown
list containing your previous searches may appear. This list is a part
of the Autocomplete feature present in Internet Explorer 5 and 6. To
clear all the items in this list, follow these steps:
            - In Internet Explorer, click on the 'Tools' menu.
            - Select 'Internet Options'
            - In the window that appears, click on the 'Content' tab (
Third from left )
            - Click on the 'Auto Complete' button at the bottom.
            - In the window that appears, click on the 'Clear Forms'
button.
            - If you want to disable this feature, uncheck the ' Use
Autocomplete for' Forms checkbox.

If you only want to delete a few items from the dropdown list,
follow these steps:
          - First get the list to appear for the search box. You can
do this by double clicking inside an empty textbox, or you can just
try typing into the box, and the list will appear containing terms
that match what you have typed.
         - When the list appears, move your mouse pointer on top of
the item you want to delete (Don't click on the item), and press the
'Delete' key on your keyboard.
         - Repeat this for every item you want to delete.

2) The Google Toolbar
You can find out whether you have a Google toolbar installed or
not, by looking for the colourful Google icon on your Internet
Explorer toolbars. If it is present, then you have Google Toolbar
installed. For more information on the Google Toolbar, check out:
                - Google Toolbar

To clear your search history from the Google toolbar, follow
these steps:
          - Click on the colourful Google button. A menu will appear.
          - In this menu, click on the 'Clear Search History' item.
You search history will be removed.

If you want to stop the Google toolbar from saving your search
terms, follow these steps:
        - Click on the Clourful Google button. A menu will appear.
        - From the menu, click on the 'Toolbar Options' item
        - Uncheck the option "Preserve the search history across
browser sessions" or "Keep a search history in a drop-down list under
the search box" , as per your needs.

3) The Internet Explorer Address Bar
The third place where your search terms appear are in the
Internet Explorer addressbar. When you start typing in a new address
in the address-bar, a dropdown list appears, containing the URL's of
old Google search pages. These URL's contain your search terms.
This, again, is caused by the Autocomplete feature in Internet
Explorer 5 and above. To clear the URL history, follow these steps:
            - In Internet Explorer, click on the 'Tools' menu.
            - Select the 'Internet Options' item.
            - In the window that appears, you should be on the
'General' tab.
            - Click on the 'Clear history' button.

If you want to prevent Internet Explorer from showing you the list
of URLs, follow these steps:
            - In Internet Explorer, click on the 'Tools' menu.
            - Select 'Internet Options'
            - In the window that appears, click on the 'Content' tab.
( Third from left )
            - Click on the 'Auto Complete' button at the bottom.
            - Uncheck the 'Use Autocomplete for Web Addresses' check
box.
