The wine production of mosel, in Eitelsbach, appears dominated by one
large vinyard "karthauserhofberg". There used to be a far smaller
Eitelsbacher vinyard, producing beautiful wine, named Marienholtz, a
name I haven't seen in years. Are they still producing wine under the
same name? Is any available here in the USA? What outfit is the
importer?

I believe it is 'Marienholz' rather than 'Marienholtz'. The winery
apparently still exists:

"Bischofliche Weinguter – Saar-Ruwer 1999 Eitelsbacher Marienholz

This winery is owned by the Church and has been since the 17th
century. Several kilometres of tunnels used by the winery for barrel
ageing and storage stretch under the Roman town of Trier. Hugh Johnson
says: ... the vineyards of the Bischoflichen Weinguter belong to the
finest which tthe German viniculture, with all its tradition, has to
offer."
