Greetings, risso!
Google Answers claims more than 500 Researchers. I am unable to give
you percentages of Researchers per country. However, to the best of my
ability, based on the Editors' statements, and information from the
Researchers themselves, here is your list:

I count at least 38 Countries and at least 35 U.S. States plus the
Federal District of Columbia (Washington, DC).
English is the primary language:
Australia
Canada - all provinces except Quebec, which is both French and English
England
New Zealand
Scotland
United States
As you can see, since so many countries have a primary language other
than English, it is a real credit to the Researchers from those
countries that they are able to do such an excellent job of Answering
in English.
Furthermore, when primarily English-speaking Researchers need
translation assistance, or need phone calls to be made in the
appropriate language in another country, the Researchers whose primary
language is not English frequently help out, just as English speaking
Researchers will assist them if requested.
What a lovely synergy is created by the variety of countries and
cultures represented in the Google Answers Researchers' Community!
Before Rating my Answer, if you have any questions about this
information, please post a Request for Clarification, and I will be
glad to see what I can do for you.
I hope that this Answer provides exactly the information that you were
seeking!
