Hello Benfranklin-ga (haven't I heard that name somewhere before?).
I'm posting some names below that should be of interest. They were
all recommended to me by someone with a lot of experience in the field
as accountants that meet your criteria.
The reason I am posting it here, as a clarification, rather than as an
answer, is that I have an unexpected matter to attend to that prevents
me from contacting these firms, and confirming that they do, in fact,
