i live in San Jose, CA, USA
i wann to built up a chinese-Traditional(Big5)-based online record
shop, which focus on vinyl and cds. bui i don't know how to get
started. questions like:
how do i register to government as running a online shop?
what should i do with label or records companies  in order to be their
distributor? (contact them directly or what?)
how do i process their online order securely when customers use credit
card as their paying method?
