Hello rileybirder,
Thank you for your question.
ICM.DX50 is a DIVX format and requires software not included with the
programs you mention.
As noted several places on the Net, such as this Usenet Thread:
http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&threadm=3E171AEF.8010804%40nohome.net&rnum=1&prev=/groups%3Fq%3DICM.DX50%26hl%3Den%26lr%3D%26ie%3DUTF-8%26selm%3D3E171AEF.8010804%2540nohome.net%26rnum%3D1
"... I downloaded a movie off the P2P program, Kazaa. But real
player won't play it, and it comes up on the screen that I need
"ICM.DX50", does anybody know where can I get this lease. I want to
watch my movie...
...You need DivX 5.02, available from http://www.divx.com/ "
I have downloaded just their CODECS in the past and successfully
viewed these movies through Windows Media Player. They also offer
complete viewers:

There is an amazing wealth of information at this site. Dauntingly so,
but you may want to read a bit of their information. Their free and
commercial players should play your file. If you wish, you can choose
only the codec which will then be available to Windows Media Player:
Original DivX encoder and decoder
MPEG-4 Simple Profile
Includes official
DivX Player
3.1 MB download
This is the rightmost download. You may choose to get their entire
player if you desire.
These FAQ answers address Media Player:

And these will tell you what you may want to know about this codec:

After installing, *some* people have still had viewing problems. This
site claims to provide the fix, however I greatly doubt you will need
this as DIVX has been upgraded since this fix.

My pleasure rileybirder. Thank you so much for the rating and tip.
From what I have read, some people experience video but no audio. Do
you have audio but no video? Do other videos such as mpegs play
properly?
This page at support FAQS at DIVX says:
http://support.divx.com/cgi-bin/wonderdesk.cgi?db=faq&uid=default&from=&language=english&wdauth=&view_records=1&ID=10&ww=1
"Im only getting audio, no picture in the DivX Player 1.x while
playing content I paid for.
Answer: Try closing the DivX Player and reopening it. I know it
sounds lame, but for some reason this sometimes works. Also try
opening the movie from the DivX Player and opening it from double
clicking on the file in your windows explorer. On a side note, just
want to make sure you're using the DivX Player and not Windows Media
Player or the Playa. WMP also has this effect, because the video is
encrypted and it doesn't know how to decrypt it.
Note: If you are playing back DivX protected content, you need to have
the DivX Player 1.x. To get it, install it here."
So, it is possible this file you have may require the Player and not
just the CODEC. There is a free player at the site that is ad
supported.
You might also browse through the common problems and solutions at the
DIVX forums here:

Do let me know if this is not resolved and provide any additional
details and I will be more than happy to continue working this through
with you.
Kind regards,
