I can only find consolidated figures for the U.S.  Data for Europe
seems to be available, but only on a country by country basis (and I
don't have the patience to extract it all...sorry!).  I'm not sure
Asia data is available.

Would just the U.S. data (and links to the EU information) be of value
to you?

This is exactly my problem: I found the US figures, too and the Europe
figures per country. But what I need are the figures of global
expenditure altogether.
