Looking basically for the contact information, a phone number
actually.  Any stories, documents you can find that support this
company or talks about bad experiences, let me know.  My son has just
began using the internet he is only 8 and i cant be in the room at all
times with him.  He has not yet found out how to use chat rooms and
things but eventually he will so I want to be able to monitor that.

Well, it looks as though it may be some sort of scam, they claim
though to be mentioned in several well known pc magazines, so i dont
know.  I have emailed them several times, but have not received a
response.  On the Explore anyway site they do give a toll free number
in which to order with, anyone think they could use that to get more
info (toll free) 877-353-7297??

I reviewed the site link you provided and I have some information for
you regarding a street address and incorrect telephone number.  At the
"Privacy" link at http://www.ispynow.com/privacy.htm I found a street
address for the business:

ExploreAnywhere Software, LLC.
6413 Red Heron Court
Gulf Breeze FL. 32563

I then went to Whois at
http://www.networksolutions.com/cgi-bin/whois/whois and searched for
the owner of the domain name.  I entered ispynow.com into the search
engine there and it returned the domain information.  I phoned the
number given in the Whois records and it turns out to be a cell phone
NOT belonging to Douglas Tubbs any longer.

It is a personal cell phone of a lady (NOT related in any way to the
domain registrant so I will not publish that number here).  I spoke
with her daughter and she said her mom has been receiving calls for "a
Doug" but she had no idea who it was.  The cell phone number is from
Verizon and the lady has had it about 6 months.  The daughter was very
nice and I explained how her mother's cell phone number was in the
domain records.  She was amazed but very glad to know who "Doug" was
(to a degree) and have the mystery cleared up about the "Doug" calls
her mother has received.  The daughter said she will be contacting
verizon on Monday and searching the Whois records as I instructed her
so that she can see where the phone number appears.

The Whois did give a registrant name and business address and it is:

You may want to send something to both addresses by USPS and see if
you get a response.

I wish I could have provided you with the phone number but I did want
you (and other Researchers) to know what I discovered about the
incorrect phone number.  Good luck in resolving your problem.

My colleague, SgtCory, emailed me with different info he located and
it included a phone number.  I have called that number and left a
message.  Should it turn out to be the correct number, I'll ask
SgtCory to post his findings as your answer.  Keep your fingers
