Well for those who were active in the question i posted earlier today

found the costomer service number for www.exploreanywhere.com it is
877-353-7297.  They basically told me that an "outside" company does
all the orders and that i would have to call back every two day so
they can file a report, after calling like 3 or 4 times they would
either refund my money or send it again.  I know I cannot give out my
personal information (like my name and the order number) but I am
looking for suggestions on how to resolve this with them without
waiting like 8-10 business days.  Since the number that journalist
called seemed to not be correct, i wonder if the outside vendor hasnt
took off with the cash.  Any ideas on how i can correct their error?

I have no idea how you can resolve it but keep calling that number. 
You can ask for their email as well and send them the URL to your
original question so they can see that you are investing money
elsewhere to find out what happened to your software order.

thanks journalist, its really a pain dealing with people like that. 
Especially when it comes to paying $80 for something and getting
nothing in  return.  Thats a good idea to send the link to the
original questiont though.
