Do you know of an easy to use email discussion list application
besides topica and Lyris that allows you to conduct surveys, mananged
bounced emails, opt-in/opt-out subscription, pre defined html form to
post on your web site to join the list with multipe sub topics,
control spam, attachments, etc. It is for the Manhattan Chanber of
Commerce in New York City, a non profit organization promoting
commerce amongst small businesses in all 5 boroughs of NYC.

companies open to a barter arrangment in order to promote their email
discussion list and email marketing tools in exchange for use of the
email discussion list software or a free service without
advertisements.
