I need a SPECIFIC EXAMPLE in the life of John Bunyan (author of Pilgrims
Progress) where he DID or DID NOT act sexually immoral. For example,
he might have had an affair or possibly just resisted sexual
temptation. Sexual thoughts would suit my purpose as well (as opposed
to only sexual "actions"). It doesn't have to be really detailed,
just an example.

The information needs to come from some sort of authoritive source. A
book, a research paper, whatever you feel is authoritive. Sermon
notes aren't good enough unless it shows where the pastor's
information came from. I'm doing some research of my own so I need a
pretty authoritive source.

Please don't hesitiate to ask for clarification if you feel it is
neccessary. I will reply to all requests quickly. A rating will be
given. Thank you.

"JOHN BUNYAN
GRACE ABOUNDING
TO THE CHIEF OF SINNERS
OR, A BRIEF RELATION OF THE EXCEEDING MERCY OF GOD IN CHRIST, TO HIS
POOR SERVANT JOHN BUNYAN

8. A while after, these terrible dreams did leave me, which also I
soon forgot; for my pleasures did quickly cut off the remembrance of
them, as if they had never been: wherefore, with more greediness,
according to the strength of nature, I did still let loose the reins
to my lusts, and delighted in all transgression against the law of
God: so that, until I came to the state of marriage, I was the very
ringleader of all the youth that kept me company, into all manner of
vice and ungodliness. . . . "

Excellent, wlk115! I went through his biography before and didn't see
that. I hated it. Stupid "old english", could barely read it :-(

Please post something as an answer so it will pay you, etc.. If any
other researcher posts an answer besides wlk115, I will reject the
answer, fyi. Thanks!
