Hello,

A quick search found a step-by-step process outlined in a
easy-to-follow guide on Google's own help pages. Please read the links
below and you should be all set. If you're using the Google toolbar,
I've included a way to clear that too.

Search Strategy:
"clear search history" "internet explorer" on google:

Thanks so much for timely and thoughtful response.

I have been to that Google help page and dropped have hit the Clear
History button with no success.

Thanks again-

I'm confused, neither step-by-step worked for you? If so, please tell
me how I can help further before rating and closing the question.
