The question appears to be beyond the scope of the ability of google. 
I'm giving a high mark to the researcher for the effort even though
the researcher did not add substantially to my current knowledge base.
 So, although it wasn't the answer I was looking for, it was a good
effort to help.

Thanks for a useful answer, which got me focussed on the key issues.
In the end I actually bought the Fuji F700 which was not on your list
but seems to produce excellent results. It was UK£300 which seemed
very reasonable for the functionality available.

Fantastic answer.  Very complete including phone calls to hospitals
and doctors in order to be sure they were worth recommending. I now
have the information I need to find help for my daughter and I saved
the time it would have taken to sort through the information searches
bring back.

links you provided were very helpful.  Good work.  I'm thinking the
BenQ sounds pretty good at this point!  :-)

Hi, Crabcakes ...

You are not going to believe this but my computer has returned to life!

All I did was to take the lid off, press a few things and blow magic
breath all over it ... and Bingo!

Back in business.

However, it was a valuable lesson & I'm now going to take a serious look at a UPS.

On the one hand, my researcher worked hard and gave me a lot of
Internet references to information that came close to my question.  On
the other hand, it didn't directly answer my question.  Instead, he
gave me his opinion on the answer of the question.  He did help me.

Excellent answer!!  Comprehensive, thoughtful, and exactly
