The answer did not tell me anything I did not already know. I already
knew what the problem was, I was wanting a solution, which the
researcher did not provide. Also, the clarification was totally
unrelated to my problem. My question was eventually answered not by
the researcher, but by another user (iaint-ga). Please refund the $10
to my credit card ASAP.

Sorry it took me so long to rate the question - I really appreciate
the information in both the answer and the comments.  Even though part
of the answer might be "can't get what you need" - the email

Unfortunately, that is the same information I found by doing free
research on google.  I was hoping that the pay service could find info
I could not.

Answer was as good as I had any right to expect.  I was hoping for a
dictionary citation that I could use (e.g. to win a bet).

The answer was thorough and focused and I sure appreciate that. 
Remaining clarification is on the issue of the Galileo system and Last
name verification which I'm assuming will be answered when the
researcher(s) reply with comments on my clarification which awaits a
response.

This is a great answer! Of course I need the briefs themselves and not
a page of the tribunal where it only refers to them. Therefore I gave
only 4 stars, but perhaps that is unfair, because it might be
impossible to find more - that is exactly why I asked... The answer
came very timely and it is of help to me to know that even a "google
expert" doesn't find more. It is particularly funny to see the
reference to http://www.law.georgetown.edu/iiel/amicuscuriae4.html
because I am the author of that web page and I will update it shortly.

The researcher quoted a few articles that gave me some general
statistics on gambling in India and provided certain links to research
my question, but didnt answer my question completely. I am looking for
the laws as stated in the "Indian Penal code" that prohibit or allow
Internet gambling in India.

site - not based on hands-on experience. Important to disclose whether
a proposed solution is "KNOWN" (from direct experience) or only
"PURPORTED" to work.

You've helped confirm what I prety much already knew; there are no
easy answers. The best I can do is try to try to remain focused on and
enthusiastic about my goals, which will help motivate me to be more
disciplined. I like the bit in your piece about working to create a
habit of discipline. It's hard to conquer a lifetime of laziness, but
if I can be disciplined ONCE then just maybe I can train myself to do
so habitually. Thanks.
