To eiffel-ga. this answere is the best I've recieved so far. The application I am most nterested is one that can withstand being placed i a person's shoe (so it would have to be flatas possible, and could be a little wider and longer) or placed at any poiny on the body to provide pain releif............. |

Source and History of Wake-Up Song My Father Sang to Me
Category: Miscellaneous Rating and comments by: steakchopcommando-ga |
Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness. The only reason I did not give five stars is because it seems there was no effort to track down the lyrics as I remembered them (2nd line: "How did you get up there?"). I, too, am aware of how to search the internet and was aware of this other reading. But then, I didn't mention that in my question, so you wouldn't know. So for a nice, professional answer, I gladly give 4 stars with appreciation. |

"Eatya greens", said Mother "But I hate them" says I. Is there a substitute"?
Category: Health > Alternative Rating and comments by: johnfrommelbourne-ga |
Yes Eiffel as websearcher says "a great answer"; superb in fact. I now have a lot more to go on and will get back to you on experiments in a cupla months as you suggest, ( providing that is possible??). Is there really other researchers interested in this bland subject by the way?? Perhaps "Seedy". I dont think he eats his greens either preferring Texan barbecues.I suspect the subject matter must have been right up your alley, yes?? no?? I mean you seemed to tackle it like an expert in the field. I said before on answer I got back on "touristy things to see & do in North Carolina" that I had enough quality info to justify calling the info an encyclopedia on the subject and now likewise with all the stuff you have provided on green vegetables. I have not yet gone through all the links you provided but some of the extracts you made available from some of these sounded very promising. For instance the Anne Collins ideas made sense and I had never thought of drinking green vegetables mixed with other juices as "drugged" is suggesting but that also sounds like a very good way of getting the right nutrients into my system. Your ideas for asparagus and the roasting of some types of green vegetables to sweeten them up also appealed to me greatly In fact I am now feeling a bit mean in that I only paid you a relatively small fee for an avalanche of great info but I really did not expect the professional consultants type report that I got back. Once again great research work and thanks again. John From Melbourne |

This service rawx! :) Researcher Eiffel was able to lay down the law so far as looking for something I haven't seen in roughly twenty years, and could only provide atrocious descriptions of :) He didn't find the exact print beyond a shadow of a doubt, but that's only because I relieved him after he did the impossibly hard part of the work :) He discovered who the artist is (the evidence satisfies me completely) and gave me leads where I can run the last leg myself. This soujern was worth every last copperhead :) |

sexual frequency vs. prostate cancer
Category: Health Rating and comments by: curiousg-ga |
The answer was good, althought most of the links given were too general. The one link answering the question is 4 years old. On the other hand, the first comment to my question quotes a study made this year, indicating a POSSIBLE (though unlikely) link between higher frequency of sexual activity and higher risk of prostate cancer. Anyway, it was a good and prompt answer. Thanks a lot! |

earth's absolute velocity
Category: Science > Astronomy Rating and comments by: arminius-ga |
Hello eiffel-ga Perhaps an explanation of how the question arose in the mind of a mathematically naive biologist. I was flying from Boston to San Francisco walking from forward to aft in a United Airlines jet when the question occurred to me: how could I describe my motion with reference to the cosmos? Starting with the pace I was walking, subtracted from the speed of the jet, adding the rotational speed of the earth at my present latitude, adding the orbital speed of the earth around the sun, taking into account the speed and direction of the solar system within our galaxy, the motion of said galaxy with respect to some fixed point in the universe, etc. In other words, in what manner (speed and direction) was I personally whizzing around and how did that change with time? What, in effect, are the accelerations that I was and am undergoing ?While I can more or less understand the concept of speed, the component of the vector, direction, eludes me. I cannot visualize how "direction" would be described in a cosmic sense, since the cardinal points of the earthly compass cannot come to the rescue. So while the first few steps might be manageable, not knowing the magnitude of the movements of galaxies boggles me. Thanks for the rapid, indeed instantaneous response. I appreciate the thoroughness of your answer and your clarity of exposition. Before you proposed the microwave background as a point of reference I was going to suggest the quasar called BR 1202-0725. Best regards arminius-ga |
