the research perspective, you have categorized my questions and group
your answers appropriately. I'm happy with the quantity of information
I am pointed to. However precisely because I'm provided with so much
information, I might have difficulty digging through it all. Your
clarification was very helpful in that it finally quoted some precise
numbers. I guess it might have been more helpful if there were some
quantified/analyzed key metrics information to be presented.
And it seems that it is really difficult to quantify results of the
truth commissions. Alas. It is such a difficult thing to find
solutions that work and can be repeated. I sincerely hope to find more
answers in South Africa talking to the communities on a personal
level. Your research, Czh, will help me invaluably.

This was a great response because it was very well targeted to my
specific request, provided more examples than requested, added a
dimension I had not asked for, and was very timely. This was money
well spent because it opened up several previously unanticipated
avenues for further exploration, and got a stalled project moving
again when time was essential.

Good answer.  My only complaint is that I didn't receive notice via

Excellent -I've looked only briefly right now. Might have wished for

Fabulous! I now know way too much about broccoli, but that could be a good thing...
Of course, having shown him all this, he says that carrots are likely
older and there was every chance genetic hybridization was going on in
8th BC (!) and that he is still kinda right. Ahhh...victory, thy name
is "broccoli"!

(To be sure, he is a great team leader and we wouldn't trade
him...especially because he does us the favor of being dead wrong now
and then :D)
