Nellie worked hard to find a good answer to my query, but it seems
there is no great answer available.  She did a great job of describing
her investigative quest and the best conference sites she found that
might fit my needs.

Fantastic job.  The extra effort was obvious. Your answer showed that

Very pleased with the answers.  Just trying to help out my nephew (not

An ordinary person would have given up long ago, but not
Nellie_Bly-ga.  She was very pleasant and very persistant.  What ever
you do, do not lose her to the competition, and try to hire more like
her!  She was polite, considerate, understanding, professional, and
not the least bit condesending.  She did not make me feel like the
computer dummy that I am.   I will probably want to use your services
much more, because of her.

Nicely tied in with the senate, and congress, and nice sumation
including a paygrade.
  Too bad they are in a blind account.  I was looking for how
behovement they were to oil company stocks in comparison to stocks
with a Korean intrest.  That was a $200 question.

Am still waiting for clarification. First response was reasonably
useful and worth the $10.00
