I was able to find the locator I was looking for and had it here in

well documented answer; timely clarification

I find this service to be unbelievably great.  For over 6 years I have
been an IT Consultant in the area of Knowledge Management.  Over the
years I have yet to find any on-line businesses that have effectively
used Knowledge Workers in an easy understandable capacity for a public
audience.  You have finally brought this concept to the general public
and provide value while doing so.  I recently brought the service to
the attention of my friends (all with professional backgrounds) and
asked their opinion on whether it could truly be usable.  All of them
mocked the idea and didn't see why anyone would pay money for what you
offered.  To test the service I asked for authentic Italian
restaurants in South Philly. (Keeping in mind value and looking for 5)
 I thought I would use the least amount of money necessary to test the
service to see if I could still get a quality answer in a relatively
quick timeframe.  I couldn't of asked for more when I saw what came
back less than a day later.  Being from South Philly I was really
looking to find places other than the usual ones people know of.  Not
only did I get five places I heard were all really good, I have never
eaten at any of them.  The researcher went on to give me even more
details of other well-known places (all of which I had been at) and
the answers came complete with reviews, addesses and phone numbers. 
Keeping true to the spirit of why I asked the question(I really just
wanted to go to some new really great places I had not heard of yet),
the reseacher fulfilled all of my needs in the response.  I have to
commend you GOOGLE.  You have created a workable roadmap for all on
how to apply the concept of knowledge workers in an effective manner. 
I will be certainly be a user for the rest of my life.

It turns out they were giving false info. over the phone ebcause it
was a trivia question.  It's Madonna.

Helpful answer was lacking only some minor information (Thursday and
Monday night lines from Week One NFL point spread), and search tip
provided by the Researcher allowed me to find it right away.  Great

started.  The only other article mentioned that was helpful was

Thanks Nellie, that was plenty of options and enough links to work
with. Was not really expecting to find a place at 49 Euros as I did in
Cologne;just used that figure to show that I am not looking for any
five star 2-400 Euros place.
 US$69 is about what I expected and you have shown some examples of
hotels around that price which is all I was after.  Sorry I  wrongly
used "clarification"  area for a comment as you pointed out a couple
of hours  back.  I assume that is not proper  GA etiquette.
