Thanks for answering, although the answer is inconsistent with my
experience. I had a question locked for 7 or 8 hours the other day.  I
found later that it was locked by google pending whether they thought
it was appropriate. Funnily enought it was this question, but I had to
repost it as google decided first time it wasn't appropriate. ?

As is the case when i've emailed you too, i've gotten a standard type
response that is patronizing.  Just think. I'm asking to pay more,
(that includes you google), and this is the message you send to the
world. Frankly, the google that I knew and loved years ago has
degenerated into crap standard patronizing repsonses.  The idea
generation out of google is good still, but the communication is
sinking. Shame.  Eric Shmidt, don't let it go like Novell did.  It's
short termism!

Small businesses often cannoy afford web savy staff, luckily I am. 
Maybe a useful page from Google that lets a website be "indexed" to
the liking of the site owner would be helpful?

Long time back and I must have forgotten to rate answer. I now
understand the system better and would not have needed the question
answered now. However it was answered properaly so must rate as five
stars as nothing further could have been added to enhance answer as it
was a simply black or white question
