Thank you this is going to do the trick.  I will upgrade to XP and do this.

He provided a valid solution to my problem, even though it didn't
actually work 100% on my system, due to installation issues with my
own copy of VB6. But answer was good, nonetheless.

fabulous.  exactly what i was looking for.  i've wondered for quite a
while how to do that.

This was good as far as it went, but it certainly did not go that far.

information and some valuable options, too.
