very useful and appropriate.  Also, they were easy to navigate for
specific info.  I also appreciate providing the data coordinators and
that for NY.  It was an extra expert resource that many would ignore. 
How long did it take you to answer this once all was said and done?

Well paf please excuse my late rating, I thought I missed the chance
to rate your answer when the question closed. At the time I was
thinking of what I was going to say. This has certainly been a lesson
in understanding in understandings typical ironic way. The only thing
I would like to comment on now is how even two, seemingly hated
combatants, get a warm feeling if they come to an understanding.

This researcher has provided outstanding guidance on a difficult
question. Now I will be able to discuss these issues knowledgeably
with my tax professionals based on the actual IRS revenue rulings that
are currently applicable as well as the fundamental concepts and
detailed aspects of the laws, regulations, rulings and case history
governing this arcane area of tax law. The level of detail the
research provided allows me to begin to formulate a strategy for
making deferrable future income streams of blocked income should I
decide to make major investments in the bonds of a foreign country
with a non-convertible currency.

Even though I'm a graduate of Harvard Law School, I do not believe I
could have done the research so well myself.

I believe as more people become area of this excellent service, GA

This link gives a bit more info but to my surprise you are absolutely
correct that Mt. Royal appears not to offer any coursework on the CRC
at this time.
