Hi Serenata,  

Many thanks for the helpful, spot on answer.  Yes, I am working on a
book, and being true to my unfortunately lazy nature have come up with
the idea of seeing assistance by experts on the things they are expert
at, such as research.  In fact, if possible I hope to emulate Tom
Sawyer and his fence painting approach generally.  My Cliff Note's
understanding of your reply is that some researchers may be amenable
to do research, but that while a researcher cannot contact a Google
customer, it may not be verboten for a customer to inquire about
off-Google availability of a researcher.

Once again you came through with not only fast service. Your ansewer
was in great detail and a big help. Surley I do not want to upset any
one or break the law. For I am very navie in all this. I was a little
afraid you would not ansewer my question, for it might fall into legal
advice. Not only did you ansewer it, you gave me advice on the matter.
I will contact Google to use the ansewers suppied to me in my first
question. You took the time to read my other question. You even put a
personal note of your symathy for my lost. I appreciate this personnal
type service. You made me feel as a real person, with a real problem
you were trying to help. I also am sorry for the lost of your mother.
It's been a hard year since her death. Now I have purpose to write
about her illness, her faith and taking care of her. I know there has
to be others out there this book can help. With confort, faith, and

Really fantastic feedback! This is the first time that I have used

This was a good answer but for whatever reason the computers I have do

As always my interactions with Serenata is a positive experience. I
consider this person a valuable asset to me and the overall management
of my company. The answers I receive may not be all I want to hear but
they are accurate. If you seek a truthful, well structured answer to
life’s many a puzzling questions this person is for you.  If you seek
sugar coated, miss-guided and un-intelligent answers seek elsewhere
you will not find them with this researcher.

My only regret with this researcher is I do not posses the funds to
have him/her on my management staff fulltime and at beckon call.
