Interesting that I did stumble across some of the same stuff (not
knowing how fast your researchers were) but he had it down pat, and
came up with the same firm that I found on the web.  His further
clairification/sumation was a help in review of the complex
information.

The only constructive critcism I would have is that you got a tad
condescending when you said "do you really think you can be found
among such
search terms as 'denver', 'colorado', 'golden'". I understand that it
would be rediculous to enter these terms by themselves. However, in
combination, they can help narrow the search. Or am I wrong about
that? If so, enlighten me.

thanks for the pointer.  for some reason, after allowing the add new
device to install the driver by specifying the .inf in disk1 and it
prompting for disk2 and disk3, it did the obligatory reboot but had no
effect.  the solution was to grab a driver from windows update instead
of specifying my own location.  the driver at windows update wasn't
the exactly the one i was looking for but was good enough.

I know the researcher put a lot of time into it, and she did provide a
big list of accountants, but I could have found a big list of
accountants myself.
I was looking for a particular type of accountant - with a particular
expertise, and she did not find that type.
She did though find me some very good accountants who it appears can
learn about my particular tax issue, so for that I gave her 3 stars -
average, instead of 2 - unsatisfactory. The real rating should be 2.5
I do sincerely appreciate the effort, and I do recognize it is a
really hard question, that is why I paid google for an answer!

always fun to hear, but I didn't come here for a pat on the back and I
very much appreciate the honesty and helpful suggestions.  You clearly
