This is a thorough answer, but it leaves me unhappy.

I was being overly optimistic researching an obscure health /
scientific research subject, hoping the question would be passed to a
specialist doctor.  But I also now have lots of web pages for more
investigation.  THANKS....

I was very disappointed with the answer.  It was essentially just one
of the two approachs I posted in my question, and it definately did
not acheive the two desired result of combining the properties of both
approaches that I posted.

Thank you so much for the info.  Will try comments to question and see
if I still get the message.  Hopefully I won't!!

I do appreciate the help provided, but the website suggested to me has
very limited information (and lots of broken links).

For example, using Yahoo Yellow Pages I was able to quickly find more
accurate information about more marinas in Boston. E.g.,
