Even there is a lot of information related to local campaigning I miss
the main issue (building and electoral program) there are a lot of
"how to" sites with a simplistic approaches (surely related to smaller
cities). I miss articles debating electoral strategies for mayoral
elections or main city issues in cities like Frisco or seattle. What´s
the political agenda in this cities

I do believe the researcher did make a good effort. I had already
pursued most of the leads that were given by the researcher with no
success.

I believe that with the help of my Spanish speaking wife we are on the
right track at this time. I researched to discover a neighboring
business to the Galleria Florez and we contacted them. It turns out
that the reason they have not responded to emails is because they are
on an extended vacation and will return in a couple weeks.

I don't know how to go about it but would like to approve half the fee
($25 of $50)for the effort but not the full amount as my actual
question went unanswered. Please let me know if you think thats fair.

Sorry, but I have to give this a 1-star rating. I called Mr Spear and
was advised that he charges $350/hour. He's in CT. To have him come to
my house in SF, I'd have to pay for his journey. He may be a great
practitioner, but there are many great practitioners around the world.
If I wanted to spend an infinite amount of money, I would just pay
someone to come over from Hong Kong or China. It would probably be
cheaper. I thought my question was quite specific about the person
being in the SF Bay Area as a criteria.

I was hoping to find resources that were a bit of the beaten track and
were more specifically oreinted to students in developing countries,
but then maybe there aren't that many out there. Another site that
others might want to look at,is the Community of Science
(www.cos.com).

Thanks journalist, you did a pretty good job in a fairly short time
span. I imagine that I could have rated you higher but for that fact
that "Alien Intelligence" had already given a very comprehensive reply
as an unpaid comment only with his views and links offering more
diversity and variety in things to do and see in his native state.
Still I acknowledge I only paid $4.50 so once  again a pretty good
job.

I received an email message today and submitted an order.  The first
answer you sent proved very satisfactory and the second answer you
sent proved exceptional, especially the location of the alternate
spellings that provided such a large selection of items to choose
from.
Below is the email I received from the answer to the first question
that shows how to order the items on ebay - this site is not findable
on ebay with a search for balad kik, only the two items that the
seller has posted at auction are available that way.  So this allows
you to order the product at a lower cost because you know where the
page is - and you can find a greater selection.   I hope that by
