Well, this was a good answer, but I got kind of confused.  I know I
asked for a clarification once and didn't really get it.  Maybe tar
heel is the second person to tackle this question.

Thank you -- it has a great meaning to the customer.

I completely removed two 'Sharpie' "permanent" marks off my TFT
monitor SCREEN by rubbing the marks with cotton swabs moistened with
HEINZ distilled white vinegar (5% acidity). No visible changes on the
screen!

outstanding research, and done with great enthusiasm, you are a credit
to this service, and I would gladly use this again, when necessary.  I
have a new sports drink I wish to present to them, and since we are a
small company, and overlooked much like Div. 3 schools are, I see us
