Properly answers the question. I was hoping for more than the package
authors examples but I didn't specify this so this is my problem not
yours. Nobody seems to be using this package except the author. I had
the first reference already because it came with the package but I
missed the next two which were good finds.

Your first suggestion solved my problem!  I tried Tools > Options,
but, obviously, I missed the proper dialog.  Thanks very much. This

You did an excellent job of finding, answering and "stepping" me
through the process. I think that this program does not work with
Windows 2000 professional.

As far as I know I did everything right, tried different ways and
still my IE and MS Works do not open to full page.
