I am very impressed I was sure initially it was a book by Brian
Lecomber. I read when I was working offsahore about 20 years ago but I
shall buy another copy now

Thanks--the electronic menu was the key to solving the problem--I had
asked this question in various online forums, etc. and no one brought
this up until you did.

Perfect answer...I am extremely pleased, and would reccommend my
