The answer gave me just what I needed:  a quick reference to a federal
statute.  I would have been happy with that alone.  But the researcher
also provided free web sites to three key cases.  And all was done
within one hour.  I was not looking for free legal advice -- simply a

I got what I asked for and I got it within about a day.  I imagine
that this weas one of the easier questions.  I had been hoping for
some editable version of the documents that I could oprn with msword
rather than slow loading gifs.  Zank you very much eh what?
