Thanks for your reply. That pretty much answers my question. Let me go
ahead and try to contact the editor of the perticular catagory. I did
not re-submit it again till 4 weeks and I am pretty much sure that the
catagories which I had selected were suitable.

Well, check that out!  I wonder why the customer service people didn't

Great answer, it's basically just what I was looking for!!
One questions-- HOW did you find that newsletter?? I've been selling
on eBay for 3 years now and have never seen it on their site.  I just
poked around trying to find a link for it (aside from the one you
supplied) and couldn't.
How did you come across it?

Very quick to answer.  Got back to me within a few hours.  I was
looking for some better sources than what I got, but they will serve
