Thank You. From the resources you linked to I was able to create the
list below. 12 signs by 46 presidents is an average of 3.5 per sign
which is almost exactly how it is, thus I can conclude Chinese
Astrology is not a good way to determain who is more likely to be
President in the future. There are some interesting patterns but
nothing to write home about.

good research, better than charlie chan or dock tracy. i wish they had
insurance but i give you a nine out of 10  i will follow up on
