Sparky did a fine job ans spend  much more time than  my $2.00 would
buy.  My scanner now works, I am not  quite sure how this happened but
 IT WORKS. To print a  scan I use  HP Scan Jet Copy Utility and idt
dgoes direcdtly dto prdinter.  To make a scan for file I use  HP
Precision Scan LT.  These come from   Control>All Programs> HP 
ScanJet 3300C   then selectr  either  appliction.  Thanks to  Spsrky

         It's been since Nov.20 that you sucessfully answered this
question. That was on the very first day I posted a question and
wasn't familiar with how this system works. You spent considerable
time, going into his family genealogy, his signature,etc. I wanted to
accept your findings that he never had a middle name, nor had his rich
Dad. So I closed the question and asked you to submit an answer! I
wasn't suppose to close the question first! And it's been bothering me
ever since. So now we can make right your compensation for  your time
and excellent researching. Also, I have so many "dry", unjuicy
questions that have been passed over. Might you be persuaded to take a
look? The ones I'm most anxious to put to bed are: Pete Nugent(tap
dancer),Emil Hauser(violinist),William Griffith(ballet teach). I've
attempted to tip you as best I can for your having to wait all this
