I like girls. Do you like girls?
Category: Miscellaneous Rating and comments by: cm476-ga |
Well, he answered the question, but in a somewhat indirect manner. It was a yes/no question and the answer was "yes", although the large amounts of text after that weren't really topical. He also says he likes boys; not that there's anything wrong with that. In all, money well spent, but by just saying "yes" would have saved time and gotten the fifth star. |

Great response - would have given it a 5-star rating but I have had no other similar experience with which to compare; so thanks, keep up the great work! Steve Zalewski |

This seems to be a careful survey of what's there on the net. Better than I did searching myself, but not quite the definitive answer I had hoped someone would have. |

Reference citing for a PhD thesis
Category: Reference, Education and News > General Reference Rating and comments by: edusbains-ga |
This reply from drdavid is very good. I'd suggest some useful links ought to be included. The response from Catherine points to a very useful link, but there's no 'added value' (so only 2 stars there, I think). Happy to pay my $4! |

Origin of "magic" retirement ages 59 1/2, 70 1/2
Category: Business and Money > Finance Rating and comments by: egnor-ga |
I'm actually not sure how to rate this answer. On the one hand, it's very well written and goes into great detail on the origin and history of retirement ages. On the other hand, drdavid couldn't actually answer the question posed, and can only guess that the decision to add 1/2 year was "arbitrary". This question may be more difficult than I anticipated; I can only expect so much for a $5 bid, after all. |

Work authorization to become a Google Researcher with an H1-B visa
Category: Business and Money > Employment Rating and comments by: malt-ga |
Thanks for your clear answer, drdavid. I will explore the resources you linked to. In reply to the person who suggested sending the answers to my dad, I assume that wouldn't work if he gave the money back to me, because that would be considered as an attempt to circumvent H-1B restrictions, I guess. Plus my dad would charge me a commission anyway... :) Too much hassle. Thanks again! |
