I found rico an exceptionally knowledgable individual who took this
novice through the software jungle step by step to a most satisfactory
conclusion.

Sorry, Rico. Answers were too generic. On my own I was able to find
many more specific organizations. Ever here of the Salvation Army? The
Season for Sharing Fund? The Easter Seal Society? All are very
specific and helpful than the AARP. Much of same information is
available in a free booklet from SF. Many of the links were to
fee-based companies. Some links were out of service. Was very
disappointed. Bottom line is that there were VERY few useful links.

I'm really impressed! This is the first time I've gone on-line with a
research query, and I have been bowled over by the response.
I have lots of stimulating material to follow up, I've already bought
a copy of the first edition Baerlein, and I've discovered new
dimensions to searching the web. Thank you very much.

thank you rico for finding the information I needed. It will help
speed up my forthcoming negoiations with this company regarding a
house purchase.
