As the question may appear it looks like I am asking someone to do my
homework for me but the truth is that these questions are from a test
that I failed and I am now seeking other ways to better understand
these concepts.  I have tried to seek other help with my professor but
she has not been responsive.

Tox has exceeded my expectations... This was my first Google.Answers
question and it was a tricky one. I decided to pay $150 because the
information was worth it, if answered correctly. Tox did a GREAT job..
My brain hurts when I think about all of the energy he put in. Not
only that, my question was 100% solved with zero clarification on my
part. In 10 hours from me posting the question!  Thanks a million Tox!

Thanks for the answer.  There was just one misleading statement you
mentioned with regards to Teamplate.  You said that their software is
installed on 93 of the Fortune 100 companies.  It maybe true of
Captaris (the owners of Teample) because they sell a different piece
of software called RightFax to these Fortune 100 companies, but it is
not true of Teamplate and their workflow solution.  Otherwise the
answer provided was what I was after.  Thanks.

The result was much faster and better than expected.  Tox-ga not only
found the right site but placed me in touch with willsonwbooks that
was more than helpful.  With cooperation from people in Hong Kong the
book was obtained and I have it in my possession.  The result were
GREAT and a big thank you to all involved.  Special thanks to
willsonwbooks for all the time and communication during the process.
