I am amazed and what tox-ga was able to find out for me.  It was worth
every penny and I thank this person profusely for the wonderful
research.  It exceeded anything I thought possible, and I am
incredulous at the amount of information tox-ga was able to fine.

Not a an easy question to answer, and the response was a good effort.
Its missing concrete references and examples of how to arrive at what
may be fair. I can't point to any specifics in this answer, so our
situation is still divided. Anyway, we have a meeting this week and
we'll see how that goes. Overall, these are still good problems to
have. I think the perfect solution will play back seat to a finding a
good compromise.

Thanks for the answer.  A perfect answer would have included the stuff
I came across about software methods as well as firmware, but we got a
solution in the end

good answer. made a XP boot disk to get XP to boot. FDISK did the job
on the Win 98 boot disk.
