I'm a little upset that I didn't get "step by step" method's of
removal. I had to go to the websites that you suggested and spend more
time looking for the answers.

and another site to use the ad-ware.

Thank you.  I did what you suggested, and it seemed to help a great
deal.  However, it is still not 100%.  In the past day I've had three
or four instances in which the "Scan: Summary" window pops up and
demands that I click the "Finished" button.  However, that's about 5%
or 10% of what I was getting before (although it's hard to tell how
much is due to a decrease in the number of infected emails I'm
receiving).  The situation is at least tolerable now.
