earth science/physics
Category: Science > Earth Sciences Rating and comments by: doright-ga |
My question was answered, and faster than I had expected. The researcher cited sources which addressed my question at its edges. Reading between the lines in them, I picked up the information that I had sought - and a lot faster than had I researched it on my own. Count me a satisfied customer. |

For Digsalot, please.
Category: Miscellaneous Rating and comments by: probonopublico-ga |
Hi, Digs Fascinatinating stuff. Many thanks. And, no, you have never told me about the two camels named Mildred and Clarice. And, if I were to ask, would that be one question or two? But, more importantly, would it be a-huh rather indelicate of me to enquire? All the Best Bryan |
Subject:
So what is the cheapest country to tour within??, Indonesia or Iran perhaps??
Category: Sports and Recreation > Travel Rating and comments by: johnfrommelbourne-ga |
Thanks Diggsy, It was probably not the definitive answer but as you and others have intimated there is probably no definitive answer and Iran could well be the cheapest on many measures. Would have liked to know why you actually spent so long there however? Thanks also to Carl from Hollywood who provided some additional and very relevant info on the subject. John From Melbourne |

What does the Koran say about Mary, Mother of God?
Category: Reference, Education and News > Current Events Rating and comments by: grthumongous-ga |
Thank you for enlightening me, digsalot. And to sfxmystica-ga, you don't antagonize me, I just turn the other cheek. We in the West have Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Worship. We tolerate diverse viewpoints, and through the free exchange of ideas we in the West progress. We tolerate different religious practices, or non-practices as it may be. Indeed, the Muslims of the West, Sunni or Shia, have more freedom to worship as they choose, of their own free wills, than the average Saudi subject where adherence to one sect of Islam is official, exclusive of all others, and mandatory. So sfxmystica-ga, please enjoy exercising your right to Freedom of Speech, here on this world-wide internet, this internet invented in the sunshine of North America. |
