The answer was not specific. The researcher was not able to provide a
concise reference material for the question.Instead, the reference
material is vague and I have to dig further myself.

For reference (and for anyone else reading this answer in the future):
The line:
Sub Scatter() 
is missing in the source code below; you need to add it before the
rest of the code, when you're pasting into Excel VB.

Also, the lines starting with MS.XValues and MS.Values are wrapped;
unwrap them when you paste.

the extrapolation from /axn/xyz/*.jsp to the individual JSPs did not
work for me.
