Very happy with the answer, mainly because elmarto-ga also provided
the URL to a google directory listing of many providers, which I was
unable to find quickly enough.

This is a very good answer.  It would have gotten 5 stars if the
researcher had answered my follow up question.  Thanks to all who

Thanks for your help and claification on this question.  However, I am
convinced there is a printed yellow pages for some of these countries.
 I did a little research on my own and found the information for
Suriname. If you able to find anymore information, please let me know.
