was looking to find consultants to help review other programmers more
than than finding programmers. However this info was good, a few sites
I haven't been too. The real problem with these sites though is that
every single wannaabee developer out there, laid off, fired, etc,
turns overnight into a developer, bids low, and creates havock. The
sittuation I am trying to find is who is out there that can help weed
out the wannaabee's from real talent; all of the sites you listed are
freely open for anyone to post bids.  But, again, there was some meat
to your answer, and it certainly was worth what I paid.

Question, though.  If keywords are no longer needed, how does a search
engine find a site?  Do they scan the entire content of each page? 
Should I not bother with keywords?
