The problem was resolved after the old driver was removed. The system
installed a new driver,CMI8738/C3DXPCI Audio Device. So I didn't have
to go farther. Thanks for very clear instructions and your willingness
to go the extra mile to ensure the problem was resolved.

Although I didn't get anything from that company, I will give you
credit for trying. It wasn't your fault that the company you
recommended refused to give any effort whatsoever, depending on their
confusing software instructions with no human contact.  bluestreak

Thanks for an informative answer. While it didn't really tell me if a
futon is the best way to go, it at least didn't tell me that it's the
wrong way to go. As for my neck problems, I think you're right in that
I should look into the pillow as well as the mattress. I guess I just
have to go out there and try out different options.

I realize it's not your fault that there isn't more definitive
reasarch on the subject. Most of the sites that had a definite
recommendation were obviously trying to sell a specific type of
mattress, so I didn't may much attention to them. Had you found some
definitive and impartial research on the subject, I would have
probably given a higher rating.

more than I had even expected. GOOD WORK!!! My next inquiry will be
about PLANET X. I have just finished reading the book
"BLINDSIDED"...now THAT book is enough to keep us awake at night if
what is claimed is true!!! THANKS AGAIN.
