I had no one to help me through a problem that was actually making my
computer unusable.  I stumbled upon livioflores while trying to teach
myself anything that might help.  Livio was great.  His advice was
clear; too many times these computer people assume that you know what
they are talking about, that you don't need help with even the basics.
 So I appreciated his taking time to really tell me step by step what
to do.  Also he gave me confidence that I could do what needed to be
done---that is priceless!  It's nice to know now that I can get help
when I need it.  Thank you, livioflores, for a job well done.

Quick and accurate answer. Worked first time I tried it

Seemed to provide a very conscientious answer, but I had two major problems: 
(1) the EWIDO site would not let me do a scan before rebooting.
(2) I could not get out of safe mode in order to reboot normally.
I ended up taking the computer to Computer Geeks, who fixed it for $130/.
