While I was unhappy with the initial answer, the three cases posted in
the clarification actually give me confidence in the justice system,
which may be more useful in the long run.

contact my attorny who essentially reiterated what you said.  I
appreciate your help.

Very detailed response.  Filled in most of my uncertainty without
having to get charged for $150 for authentic legal advice (which is
more than I currently need)

Although not satisfied with the answer, given the difficulty I myself
ran into finding similar data, I am happy.  This was a hard question
and for some reason there just isn't a lot out there on the subject. 
But the comments and answers that were posted were at least good
stepping stones into finding an absolute answer.  thank you.

I think the researcher spent a good deal of time researching the
question. However, the answer didn't really reveal anything more than
what I was able to find myself. Tom, I appreciate your effort, but I
feel that I should give an honest rating.

An excellent answer, though I would have appreciated more specific
direction on setting up my own corporation/small business, and exactly
where I could then get health insurance under that entity.  However,
the information given was very useful and clear. I don't know how you
guys can do this for the little money paid, the service is worth much
more.  John
