kriswrite-ga gave what appears to be a "light" response, but it
referenced superb articles that referenced other superb articles.  In
all, there was about 100 pages of in-depth expert information of which
I only knew 5%.

Very nicely done. Went above and beyond my expectations and added a
couple of extra examples in case of the main ones wasn't to my liking.
On target, succinct, and well written.

Thank you for such a prompt, clear and complete answer.  I appreciate
your efforts.  It confirmed some information I had and also gave me
new information.

I appreciate the clarity and caution to contact an attorney, however I
don't feel I got the answer re to what level of inactivity against
widespread proliferation of possible infringements means that the
trademark holder has waived or lessenned its rights especially when
certain steps (informing search engines and store hosters (like
Monster Commerce etc) to desist promoting stores that are purportedly
infringing.  Thanks any way.

an easy one for you, too, because it was proving impossibly hard for

THIS WAS A GREAT SERVICE AND WELL WORTH THE MONEY I PAID FOR IT.  I
HAD MY ANSWER IN LESS THAN 2 HOURS, AND I HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR I DO
NOT KNOW HOW MANY DAYS

For a question dealing that in an of itself deals with the reliability
of source material, the researcher gave references to Wickipedia and
ABC news among others, which may or may not be admissable for reliable
academic research. So aside from the scarcity of acceptable sources,
the answer given was more than adequate, and I'm very satisfied with
the promptness and thoroughness of the answer.

Thank-you! The glass jug was given to my great-grandmother on the
occasion of my grandmother's birth by a woman who was one of the
"help" (a former slave   or daughter of a former slave) living on
their farm in Texas in 1888. I just purchased a CD of primitive flute
music and happened to think that the jug might produce a sound -- and
voila, it did. It was the first time for the sound to be produced from
the jug in 100 years. Thanks for your speedy help.
