Stanford Hypnotic Susceptibility Scale
Category: Science Rating and comments by: porkribs-ga |
Hi, knowledge-seeker. Thanks VERY much for your additional research. Your comment was right -- I should have called them "tasks" instead of "questions". Your answer still isn't exactly what I'm looking for, in that it doesn't contain the exact tasks, only their titles. (It's sort of like if I asked for the text of a book and instead got the chapter titles). But you found way more then I did, and I'm becoming fairly convinced that the full information just isn't on the Web, so I'll give you four stars, pay out, and close this. I am still looking for the full description of the tasks, though, so if you (or anyone else who's reading this) happens to find them, please let me know. Thanks, Porkribs |

Very helpful. Researcher really "went the extra mile". It was also reassuring, as most of the people cited were folks I already knew, which lets me feel more confident. |

finding an obscure hard-to-spell song
Category: Arts and Entertainment > Music Rating and comments by: a_googler-ga |
You guys are great! It was indeed Washburn's version that I was looking for. (His name, along with the description of the song) sounds very familiar. The song is listed as 1996, which makes sense since that was approximately when our band played it and I remember it being new at the time. Alas, I had also searched Kazaa hoping to hear it again, with no luck. I just checked CDDB and it isn't listed there either. I suppose I could contact either a high school band music distribution company or a band director if I really wanted to listen to it. |

Shipping harddrive from US->UK
Category: Computers > Hardware Rating and comments by: jonathanclark-ga |
Great answer, and also very good comments from other people. I was hoping to see some actual numbers, as I gave a very specific product, but I suppose that is a bit much to ask for $4. Sagwalla advise wasn't on repacking the hardware and shipping it over used, it was to actually open it up, use it, and carry it back as personal belongings on the plane. This is probably not illegal, but unfortantly I'm not planning on being back in the US anytime soon. I like the idea of buying in Germany, I hadn't considered that. |
